Second Degree Reiki
The courses held in Norwich are facilitated by Deb Harding and co-led by experienced Reiki master, of 30+ years, Margaret Rose.
Deb and Margaret both have a deep love of Reiki and a down-to-earth approach; their courses are always joyful and uplifting with plenty of laughter and warmth!
They teach traditional Reiki, honouring the spiritual lineage of Mikao Usui, Chujiro Hayashi, Hawayo Takata, Phyllis Lei Furomoto and Johannes Reindl.
During the Second Degree course participants will:
- learn the symbols involved in distance Reiki
- learn how to incorporate them into their daily practice and treatments
- spend time practising sending distance Reiki
- give and receive treatments
- receive an initiation
- meet a month later to review practice, gain any further support, and receive certificates
- have access to our Reiki 2 shares (held both online and in person)

Course info:
Weekend courses typically start on the Saturday 10-5PM latest and finish Sunday 10-4PM latest.
We then meet a month later for 1-2 hours to review practising with the symbols.
Finish times can vary depending on the size and needs of the class.
We do offer alternatives to weekends. This could be across mornings, afternoons or evenings. Get in touch to discuss options.
Refreshments and biscuits will be provided. Please either bring a lunch or there are plenty of shops and eateries near the clinic as it is very central.
