Taster days for staff wellbeing

We are available for half and full day bookings to offer staff-wellbeing treatments while at work. These are 30 minute taster sessions so staff can experience Reiki and/or Reflexology (we could arrange multiple visits for staff who would like to try both therapies). People are often surprised at how much they benefit even from a taster session! 

All that we need for a wellbeing day would be:

  • a room (ideally quite quiet but not essential) to set up a therapy couch/massage table. (Reiki tasters can also be seated where needs be) 
  • a member of staff to organise the sign-up sheet for bookings prior to the wellbeing day (ideally payments would be collected in advance as well – £15 for a 30 minute taster) 
  •  access to hand-washing facilities and drinking water (glasses and a jug to offer the staff water for after their treatment)

Meet the therapists

Deb Harding

Deb Harding has been working with Reiki since 2012 and professionally since 2017 with verification from The Reiki Association (VMTRA) and recognition status as a public practitioner from the Reiki Council and with the CNHC. 

She became a Reiki master in 2025 enabling her to teach Reiki to others, prior to that she was facilitating classes, shares, and workshops as part of her master training.

She has experience in offering taster sessions at a range of events from Mind Body & Spirit fairs to supporting Star Throwers at The Norfolk Show. She volunteered Reiki treatments at Star Throwers from 2018 to 2025, and has experience in workplace wellbeing days in health settings to a legal practice.  

Deb co-founded the Usui Reiki Centre based in Norwich for teaching Reiki courses and offering Reiki shares and events.

She is also a qualified homeopath (LCPH) since 2016 and formerly a high school/sixth form/TEFL teacher of 20+ years (PGCE QTS).

Kimberley Dawn Carpenter

Kimberley Dawn Carpenter has been a Holistic Therapist since 2005. Her qualifications include: Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Counselling Skills, Lymphatic Drainage, Massage, Nutritional Advice & Reflexology.

She has been a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) since she qualified. Keeping up-to-date insurance and CPD.

Over the years she has taught Baby Massage & Baby Yoga classes as well as “The Balance Procedure” Workshops (a self help energy tool). She has experience in offering taster sessions at local events, fairs & festivals. Has worked from several city centre clinics & also volunteered as a therapist at Star Throwers (a local charity for those affected by cancer) for 7 years.

She now works from her home treatment room as well as offering home visits for the housebound.
