Regain confidence in your Reiki practice

Out of practice since initiation?

We meet people who took Reiki years ago but over time their regular practice fell away and they lost confidence with using it at all. 

The ability to do Reiki is still there – which is why we do not need to re-initiate – but self-treating and giving treatments, at First Degree, or the symbols and how to use them, at Second Degree level, could do with a recap.

Students wanting to refresh their Reiki practice see the options below. All options offer the usual course content except the initiations.

Course info:

First Degree refresher students are welcome to join First Degree classes – check our dates for First Degree courses – or one of our Refresher weekends (the Saturday only).

Second Degree refresher students, who trained with one of us or a fellow Usui Shiki Ryoho master, can get in touch to discuss options of joining either a Second Degree class date or a Refresher weekend (the Sunday only). 

For Second Degree students who did not learn either level with one of us or with a fellow Usui Shiki Ryoho master then we can offer a Refresher weekend to cover both levels:

Sat: Reiki One content – our lineage – hands on treatment practice – a Reiki blessing – Q&A time (10AM-6PM latest)

Sun: Reiki Two content – symbols practice – distance sending practice – a Reiki blessing – Q&A time (10AM – 6PM latest) 

First Degree refresher: £100

Second Degree refresher: £150

Refresher weekend: £250

The courses held in Norwich are facilitated and led by Deb Harding with in person and distance support from experienced Reiki master, of 30+ years, Margaret Rose and fellow master, Diana Cooper. 

Deb and Margaret both have a deep love of Reiki and a down-to-earth approach; their courses are always joyful and uplifting with plenty of laughter and warmth!

They teach traditional Reiki, honouring the spiritual lineage of Mikao Usui, Chujiro Hayashi, Hawayo Takata, Phyllis Lei Furomoto and Johannes Reindl.

First Degree Reiki course

The First Degree Reiki course was wonderful! We were made very much at home by Deborah, who poured heart and soul into initiating and guiding us with warmth during our time together…The training felt comforting and demystifying but there was also something magical and majestic about each ritual step and joining the lineage. The practical side was very clear and methodical and I felt confident enough to start practicing right away, which has deepened my practice as a yoga teacher and delighted many people close to me…I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a course that is both credible and enjoyable and I’m looking forward to my Second Degree Reiki initiation next year!
