Out of practice since your Reiki initiation?
We meet people who took Reiki years ago but over time their regular practice fell away and they lost confidence with using it at all.
The ability to do Reiki is still there – which is why we do not need to re-initiate – but self-treating, giving treatments, or the symbols and how to use them, at Second Degree level, could do with a recap.
Students wanting to refresh their Reiki practice can join the First and/or Second Degree course/s, along with new students, and access everything but the initiations.
First Degree refresher: £100
Second Degree refresher: £150

The courses held in Norwich are facilitated by Deb Harding and co-led by experienced Reiki master, of 30+ years, Margaret Rose.
Deb and Margaret both have a deep love of Reiki and a down-to-earth approach; their courses are always joyful and uplifting with plenty of laughter and warmth!
They teach traditional Reiki, honouring the spiritual lineage of Mikao Usui, Chujiro Hayashi, Hawayo Takata, Phyllis Lei Furomoto and Johannes Reindl.
